A Message from the Festival:

Here are a few things that you and your dance families will need to know:

  • The venue will open at 8:15 a.m. Dancers and families must use the west entrance marked "Performer's Entrance" first thing each morning. 

  • Dancers should be ready to dance at least 45 minutes before their scheduled times.  We reserve the right to run up to 45 minutes ahead of schedule.

  •  Dance Rage is a CASH ONLY event, and there is no ATM on site.   Please ensure your families are aware of this.

  • The 3-day pass is $25.00.   Daily pass is $10.00.  Programs are $10.00

  • Wristbands must be worn on the wrist.

  • Merchandise will be  available; cash only.

  • Dressing rooms will be assigned.  If the venue feels dressing rooms were  left excessively messy, they will bill for extra cleaning.  We will pass this billing on to the responsible studios.  

  • A universal change room, a boys' change room, and a family change room will also be available. 

  • Food is NOT permitted in the change rooms.

  • There will be a "mid-day break" on Thursday & Friday, so the venue can clean the auditorium. 

  • The PAC has requested that there be no nudity outside of change rooms and no tailgating in the parking lot.

  • Parking is available on the west & north sides of the venue, as well as on the street.  Do not park in any other area as the University is ticketing and towing. 

  • Parents are not allowed backstage or in the practice area. 

  • Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification

  • Verbal abuse will not be tolerated.

  • Showcase will begin approximately one hour after the last adjudication on Saturday.

  • Showcase tickets are available at the Camrose Women's Shelter table in the lobby. Tickets are $5.00

  • Showcase quallifiers are decided by the adjudicators.  Do not approach the adjudicators at any time. 

  • Showcase - tickets are $5.00 each and all proceeds go to the Camrose Women's Shelter. 

  • We try extremely hard to ensure that all levels and ages have a chance to perform in the Showcase. Please ensure your parents are aware of this.  

  • Whatever groups are on the board at the end of the day on Friday will NOT be bumped. Groups performing on Saturday will still have a chance to be in the Showcase.
