Please Remember:

Times listed are for dancers to be in the Rehearsal Hall with costume, hair and make-up ready.
No valuables in the rehearsal hall or backstage.

Follow them:

Parking at the venue is allowed only in the lots west & north of the theatre as well as on the street. Parking in other university lots could result in ticketing &/or towing.
Food and drink are not allowed in the theatre, practice room or dressing rooms.
Dressing rooms will be assigned.
Video recording and photography are strictly prohibited in the theatres. We will remove violators.
No one is to approach the adjudicators at any time.
Admission is $10 per day, and wristbands MUST be worn on the wrist. Children 5 and under are free (if the theatre is full the child must sit on a parent's/guardian's lap). Five-day passes are available for $50 (includes the program).
Merchandise is available for the event.
Cash only accepted and there is no ATM at the venue
Parents are not allowed backstage or in the practice area.
Venue opens 45 minutes prior to start time.
On the first day, please use the west entrance to avoid congestion in the lobby while we set up for the event.

The theatre also wants us to advise attendees that tailgating is prohibited in the parking lot. And nudity is not permitted except in change rooms.
