Over the summer she completed Module 2 and 3 of Alixa Flexibility as well as the Sugarfoot Therapy Teachers Course, which combines Physiotherapy exercises with athletic training designed to keep the dancers at optimal health and prevent injuries. She believes strongly in the importance of continuing her own education in this always-changing dance industry so that her students receive solid and broad training.
Hello VSB family! I am Acadia Rudyk. This will be my fourth year teaching at Vegreville School of Ballet. Currently I am enrolled as a full time student at Concordia University of Edmonton and I also instruct spin classes at Rge Rd Spin in Vegreville. As my first degree is almost completed I will next pursue an after-degree in Education to eventually become an elementary school teacher. My love for dance started when I began ballet with the studio when I was three. Today I am still inspired by the atmosphere and rhythm of Vegreville School of Ballet. I am very excited to start this season, especially after being away from all of you for so long.
