We run a variety of programming throughout the year.
This program runs September-May and ends with our Spring Recital.
Choreography and Technique classes of various genres are offered in this session, as are preschool
and adult classes.
Our Choreography classes also participate in Dance Festivals throughout the province.
Our Spring Session runs annually for 6 weeks in May-June. This is a lighter schedule with mostly technical classes, allowing dancers so keep the strength and flexibility they've worked so hard for throughout our Performance Season.
We also offer preschool classes as well as recreational classes that are just for fun and to keep moving!
Each year we provide summer programming that best suits the needs of our dancers and their families.
We offer day camps with art, dance and games for younger children. Pre-season get-fit intensives for our older, more competitive dancers.

Our Little Minis programs are designed to nurture and promote the growth and development of your young child. In addition to socializing and making friendships that can last a lifetime, your child will learn to take direction, work with others, practice many fine motor as well as gross motor skills that are developmentally appropriate, all while using imagination and growing in self confidence.
Dance classes are a great way to get your body moving. There are so many benefits for your body, mind, heart and soul!
We offer classes in a variety of genres including ballet, jazz, hip hop and flexibility training. No experience is required. Performance opportunities are optional.
Are you interested in trying a class?
We offer dancers the opportunity to get involved and volunteer in our studio.
Class Assistants help teachers in younger and less experienced classes, like Little Minis or beginner and introductory levels.
Junior Instructors are teachers in training. They assist the teacher in instruction of classes and are mentored in and out of the classes.
Strength & Flexibility
We offer dancers Strength & Flexibility Training classes for our dancers to keep their bodies strong and balanced. Dancers participating in these classes practise self awareness and work toward individualized goals.
These classes are offered in our Performance Season, Spring Session and Summer Programming. Private and semi-private sessions are also available.

Acro Technique Classes
Our Acro Technique classes are based on progressional learning. Classes are divided by ability and experience as opposed to age or friend groups.
Dancers work on strength and flexibility as part of their training, with an emphasis on requirements for exciting tricks being performed safely.
These classes are offered year-round with private and semi-private sessions available.
